My MD Muscle Walk page

My brother is currently battling ALS.  The MD foundation has been super in providing an ALS clinic in Nashville he has attended.  I have registered in the Music City Muscle Walk to be held next month.

    I hope to keep it fun...teaching with the new strategies I'm learning is super fun! My family just looks at each other sometimes as I share the "cool tools" I'm using...sounding a lot excited like a school girl. Oh, wait! I am forever a school girl! :)
